25-Nov-2003 I wanted to write some pages describing various LCD interfaces. It's a work in progress.
20-Nov-2003 Finally moved to a new domain. Hopefully all the links are still working. I'm trying to add a discussion forum to theis site, however my web hosting service does not quite agree with the forum package.
15-Nov-2003 WOOOHOOO!!! I managed to connect a SHARP graphics LCD to my extension board. The LCD is 240x64 with EL backlight. It has build-in Toshiba T6963c controller. Looks like the controller has some nice features so I may write a small library for it. Right now I'm able to display a picture and some text.
29-May-2003 I'm becoming lazy. Small updates to the RAM extension board page. Right now I'm experimenting with another great device DS80C400 from Dallas/Maxim, so no much updates on the 68HC11 front. Still I have more things to put in the downloads section if only I find the time to clean the code a bit.
18-Apr-2003 Finally managed to sort out some problems with Netscape. Now Gecko users can see the web site, not as well as IE but still, it is readable. I found that Opera has some issues with sizing table data - so Opera users...you can still see the IFRAME with the content but it is not the correct size, sorry for the inconvenience.
16-Apr-2003 Added a new pages about the boot loader I have written. Check it out. Source code is included in the Downloads section.
15-Apr-2003 The baby is keeping me away for a while, but I managed to put the extension board together. Take a peek on the "Add RAM and more..." project. The description is pretty vague, but I'll add more in the coming days.
18-Mar-2003 Wow!!! My son is born!!
13-Mar-2003 Finally finished the GCC compile instructions. I hope someone will find them useful
12-Mar-2003 Added the GCC how to compile page.
10-Mar-2003 Completed the blink.c detailed description. Next comes the much more interesting compile and link steps.
28-Feb-2003 Removed the old hit counter code at last. Now you can enjoy my own creation on the bottom left corner of the main frame.
27-Feb-2003 Added some HTML+TIME animations to the Projects page. Check it out. Sorry for Netscape and Opera users, probably it will not render correctly.
26-Feb-2003 Polished the text on some of the pages.
25-Feb-2003 I added one more page with some explanation of the C program code.
23-Feb-2003 Finally my hit counter code works. Pages are updated to have references to the new hit counter code. I'll remove the old one - which is still on the front page - as soon as I can.

I'm thinking f adding a FLASH device to my bread board. I have seen a couple of implementations, but they all seem a bit hacky. The key seems to be that to program the FLASH device while it is in circuit, it is required to "decouple" everything else from the address buss.

I'm still trying to design a PCB v2, because my breadboard is out of space and quite frankly I'm surprised that the maze of cables actually works.

21-Feb-2003 I have not updated the web site since a long time which is a shame. Since then my "visit" counter was reset - which is really annoying and I started thinking how can I write one myself. I'm half way there. I managed to add my first program in the downloads section I hope you can find it useful.
30-Jan-2003 Finally added the 68HC11 web-ring code and hopefully I'll start getting some visitors :). Meanwhile I'm working on a second PCB with RAM and LCD interface. So far have trouble making it single layer - as usual. I added an IDE interface, but that is definitely not going to fit on the same board, unless I add second layer.
22-Jan-2003 More new pages. I have a lot of work, so the site is not going as fast as I wanted.
15-Jan-2003 A couple of new pages. Hey it is starting to look like a web site.
14-Jan-2003 Moved hosting to winisp.net.
12-Jan-2003 Well, the web site is up and running. After much deliberation I settled with my home IPS web-hosting service. My wife found the nice graphics bitmaps for the outer frame.
